Cancellation & Refunds

We have a 14-day right of return, which means that you have up to 14 days after receiving your order to submit a complaint to us.

To be eligible for return, the item in question must be unworn and unused, with the label and in its original packaging. You also need the invoice as proof of your purchase.

We will send you all further return details. Items that are sent to us without prior contact will not be accepted as a return.

You bear the costs of the return shipment.

Please note that you bear the shipping risk. We recommend that you use registered and trackable (shipment tracking) transmission services.

Defective items
Please check your order immediately upon receipt and inform us of any defects or other problems so that we can assess and solve the problem.

Exceptions to the return
Certain articles are excluded from withdrawal.
• perishable goods (e.g. food)
• personalized goods
• Hygiene products

Unfortunately, we do not accept the return of discounted goods.

Exchange
To exchange an item, make a complaint and order the new item separately.

Refund
We will notify you as soon as we have received and checked your returned item. As soon as the complaint has been accepted, the purchase price will be automatically refunded to you using your original payment method. Please note that this can take a few days.
